Trash Collection

Trash Collection in the City of Camden is contracted out to Waste Management. All residents receive trash collection twice a week during the months of May-September and once a week during the rest of the year. Select Business Corridors receive trash pickup daily.

Recycling

City of Camden Residents receive recycling pick-up once a week. Recycling collection is also a service contracted to Waste Management.

Recycling consists of picking up curbside materials such as glass, metal cans, plastic, paper, cardboard, etc.

 In an effort to facilitate recycling efforts, the department gives out recycling buckets. The buckets can be obtained by visiting our office. You must fill out a recycling pledge - it is your commitment to use the bucket for recycling only. Remember that it is the law to recycle.
